Make loops of ribbon as large as you wish
and twist each at the centre.
Make at least four and fasten at the
centre with a piece of thread. For a fuller ribbon, make more loops.
Make another bow the same way and lay
across. Tie with ribbon.
Spread the loops to make a full, fluffy
pom pom.
