Two lengths of ribbon
any width; one short for centre and one longer
Cut a short length of ribbon, turn the ends
under and tape together.
Lay the long length of ribbon on a flat
surface and begin folding, making as many loops as you wish, each one
a little shorter than the bottom loop.
Tape all loops together at the centre
and cover the tape with a short length of ribbon, fastened at the
back.
