These easy to make small decorations can be used in many imaginative ways. Rather than adding bows to gifts, add small decorations. Add a piece of thread and hang from the tree, cabinet knobs or shade pulls. Pin to a lapel or pocket.

CANDY CANE or WREATH
Crochet Pattern

Chain 40.
Dc twice in second st from end of chain, 3 dc in all remaining stitches.
With contrasting colour, sc in each st along the spiral.
Lace floral wire through each of the beginning chains.
Bend over to secure at both ends.
Fold into a candy cane or a wreath shape.
Add trim if you wish; bow, beads, sparkles.
Use thick or thin yarn and large or small hook to make different sizes.

SANTA FACE Completely wrap a 3 inch ring with white cord. Cut hat, eyes and mouth pattern from felt. Cut a hat trim from white and red felt. Attach small red pom pon nose and medium white pom pon to the top of the hat. Make the moustache from the white cord that is unravelled. Assemble and glue all pieces.
