to form a ring. A bone or plastic ring 3/4 inches in diameter may be used.
Make
24 sc in ring, join with sl st.
Ch 3
for a dc, * dc in sc, ch 4, p in top of last dc, dc in next sc, ch 1,
repeat from * around. You should have 12 ps when finished. Join and fasten
off.
In bright red, make 3 clusters of French
knots - 3 French knots to each cluster. Place clusters at bottom and each
side, leaving top free to sew a bow of 1/4 inch width red ribbon about 5
inches long. Sew small safety pin on back under bow and use as a lapel
pin.
