Felt in your choice of
colour or non-fraying fabric.
Red felt for tongue
Black felt for nose
Blue felt or buttons or beads for eyes

Use this pattern to make a puppy dog large
or small purse, pillow or pajama bag for a child. Print the pattern large
or small to make the size you wish. Use felt or fabric, glue or sew
together. Decorate with beads and sequins or felt eyes. An easy project
for children without sewing or for an adult who prefers to sew.
1. Pin the pattern to the felt.
2. Cut two pieces for the back and front.
3. Cut tongue and nose pieces and glue or
sew to the wrong side of the front.
4. Using coloured thread, outline the
ears and eyebrows.
5. Glue felt eyes or sew sequin or bead
eyes into place.
6. Place the front and back pieces right
sides together and stitch or glue leaving a space open between the two x's.
Leave a larger space for a pajama bag and a smaller space for a purse or
to insert stuffing for a pillow.
7. Fold over edges of opening and glue or
sew if making a purse or pajama bag. Sew snap to the middle of the
opening.
8. Stuff and sew edges
together is making a pillow.
