close-fitting, lined bodice and shaped midriff with side front and side
back seams, back inset, flared skirt with side panels (no side seams),
back zipper, and armhole ruffles or above elbow sleeves with stiffening
and elastic at lower edge. A: train and bow with knot. Petticoat, above
ankle or floor length, has waistband, attached ruffles and back zipper.
