sleeves, high waist and gathered skirt.
High waisted dress with lined,
back buttoned bodice and three-piece gathered skirt. High neckline is
bound with bias self fabric. Dress may have lined, short, set-in sleeves
or three-quarter length sleeves gathered and bound with bias self fabric.
Ribbon belt worn at high waistline and tied in bow at front is held in
place by thread carriers.
