Cut but complete 1970s vintage pattern to sew misses dress or top with skirt gathered to high waist, puffed or flared sleeves.

The ankle length dress V 1 or top V 2 with skirt gathered to bodice above normal waistline has square neckline, kimono type sleeves gathered to bodice, back zipper, and self belt. V 1 with flared sleeves features lace trim and optional lace medallion. Top V 2 with elastic casings on sleeves, forming self ruffles has contrasting bodice and belt.
