sleeves gathered into armholes and lower sleeves which have button fastening.
View 1, 3 and 5 have trim. View 2, 3 and 5 have set-in upper sleeves. View 2 has
shaped lower sleeves with self fabric bound edges, bodice and sleeves are in
contrasting fabric. View 3 has lower sleeves in contrasting fabric gathered onto
upper sleeves and buttoned cuffs.
